Payment Policy

We accept credit card payments (Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discovery), debit card payments (with Visa or Master Card logos) and Etsy gift card payments through direct checkout or through PayPal. Shipping & Handling

It’s important that you receive your hand-blown glass in perfect condition, with no scratches and in one piece.  Therefore, your glass will be shipped to you surrounded by layers of bubble wrap and packing peanuts and double-boxed for maximum protection and safety.  There will no charge to you for shipping. All items will be sent by either UPS Ground (for large items) or by USPS Priority (for smaller items) with liability coverage or insurance for either, in case of the rare instance of damage en route.  Packaging will be completed and your item placed with UPS or USPS within 1 to 2 business days after your purchase by credit or debit card.  Depending on your location, you should expect 1 to 5 business days for delivery by the UPS from the date of shipping or 2 to 3 business days for delivery by USPS.  I do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

Please note that UPS does not deliver on weekends and will not deliver to P.O. boxes. We ship to all 50 states of the U.S., but unfortunately cannot accommodate international orders at the present time.

 

Returns Policy

We hope you enjoy your glass item once you’ve receive it in perfect condition.  If the item arrives damaged or broken, please let us know as soon as possible.  We can either (1) make you a new object similar to the one you ordered (but keep in mind that one-of-a-kind glass objects cannot be reproduced in exact detail), or (2) we can credit your payment amount to another object of the same or higher purchase price (to be chosen at that time or in the future).  Your satisfaction is our goal.

 

Sales Tax

A 9% sales tax will be charged to all California residents.

 

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us.  We will never share your personal information with any third party.  This information includes your email address, your mailing address, and your phone number.  We respect your right to privacy.

 

Customer Service

Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal.  We go that extra mile to make sure that you are totally satisfied and happy with your glass item and have had a pleasant transaction with us.  We ship our items in double boxes with padding and cushioning consisting of bubble wrap and packing peanuts to get your glass to you in perfect condition.  The item will also be insured by the UPS or USPS in the unlikely event of damage during transit.  We also strive to ship your item within 1 to 2 days after clearance of payment.  If you have any questions, comments, concerns, or issues, please contact us by email at info@elliottglassart.com.
